Hot Sand

About

Co-directed by Rockaway residents, Emma Hastil and Kaia Abraham, “Hot Sand” was shot over the summer of 2025 in Rockaway. It’s a dreamy little glimpse of a hot summer day in a small town, following the people who make the community so unique, yet familiar.
